Thiru.M.Ziavur Rahuman

The Senior Civil Judge M. Ziavur Rahuman born on 23.04.1978 in Thiruverumbur, Thiruchirapalli District. The Judge have completed his schooling in Boiler Plant Middle School and Boiler Plant Boys higher Secondary School, Kailasapuram, BHEL, Thiruchy 620014. He completed B.L., in Government Law College, Thiruchirapalli and Enrolled in Bar counsil of Tamilnadu, Chennai as an advocate on 14.06.2002. He has practiced mainly in Civil side under the Guidence of Senior advocate Sri. V. Swaminathan in and out Thiruchirapalli District and other subordinate courts from 2002 to 2012. After selected as Civil Judge Junior Division he has assumed Charge as Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi on 12.10.2012. He has served as Additional District Munsif, in Tenkasi till 30.04.2016. Thereafter he has posted as Judicial Magistrate at Fast Track level, Mayilduthurai and served till 30.04.2019. Thereafter he has served as District Munsif, Keeranur, Pudukottai District from 02.05.2019 to 04.10.2019. Thereafter he has served as Additional Mahila Court, Judicial Magistrate in Pudukottai from 05.10.2019 to 21.04.2021. On 21.04.2021 he has promoted as Civil Judge Senior Division and posted as XXIV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai and served as XXV Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai, XXVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai from 26.04.2021 to 07.05.2024. Now he has served as Special Judge – 1 Motor Accident Claims tribunal, Court of Small Causes, Chennai from 07.05.2024 to till date.
